Sales Executive – Safety & ELV Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in B2B or project-based environments
• Meet and exceed sales targets across multiple safety and infrastructure verticals
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Conduct site visits, product presentations, and follow-up meetings
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor offerings

Required Skills:

• Knowledge in one or more: ELV Systems, Fire Safety Solutions, Hydrant Systems, PAVA, IT Infrastructure

Technician – Safety & ELV Systems

Location: Indore

Experience: 2+ years in technical/service roles

We are hiring skilled Technicians with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and servicing of ELV Systems, Fire Hydrant Systems, Fire Safety Devices, IT Infrastructure, AV Solutions, Public Address & Voice Alarm Systems, Network or Server Deployment, or any similar domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and commission ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, etc.)
• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Fire Safety and IT Infra systems
• Conduct site inspections and follow SOPs for system checks
• Coordinate with project engineers and support teams
• Ensure quality service and timely delivery as per client requirements
• Maintain documentation and service reports accurately

Required Skills:

• Experience with tools and wiring of ELV/Fire/IT/PAVA systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and system layouts
• Understanding of safety standards and protocols
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required
• Basic knowledge of networking and system configuration is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience in system installations and service

Site Manager – Fire Hydrant System

Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Site Manager with hands-on experience in Fire Hydrant System installations. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution at the site level, ensure compliance with safety standards, and lead the on-ground team for timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site installation of fire hydrant systems.
• Ensure all work is executed according to project drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients for progress updates and technical clarifications.
• Monitor site activities, manage resources, and resolve issues to avoid project delays.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control at every stage of the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, progress schedules, and safety records.
• Ensure compliance with local fire safety and building codes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire protection system installations, especially fire hydrant systems.
• Proven experience in site supervision and project management.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., NFPA, IS standards).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

• Certification in fire safety or fire protection engineering.
• Experience with related fire safety systems (sprinklers, alarms, pumps, etc.).
